Education - What exactly is it?

Tony Blair has banged on about education for all making an enormous statement using these damning words 'education, education, education'. It is extremely easily said and perhaps understood by some but doesn't this differ from one individual to another and from society to society?

There are numerous issues involved defining the word education. Generally, Oposiciones.pw is defined as likely to school, then university or college and thereafter getting a job. Obviously, passing of exams reflects how clever an individual is. However, do exams reflect how intelligent a person is or have we as a society attached a label to it? It should be noted that some individuals are 'academically' bright. From this, After all they may be enthused by learning theory at schools and focus hard for exams then pass getting pretty high grades. However, it must be brought to attention that academically intelligent people may lack intelligence in other fields. Have you ever thought of that? As an example, someone who gets high grades for exams might possibly not have the social skills necessary for the 'real world'. So doesn't this imply their studies were a waste of time? Can we need to study very difficult and obtain high gpa's to get the title 'intelligent'? All things considered, if we examine historical figures, did they go to high school? Did inventors start similar to this. Fundamental essentials questions we need to ask ourselves.

For me, being a student at postgraduate level, I've met lots of people from around the world. Using this experience We have found that the way intelligence is measured on this modern society is one thing to be concerned about. From medical professionals to cleaning staff, I've met a variety. From this, I'm able to conclude that the way intelligence is measured in society is worrying. People who have degrees are working in areas with no relevance for their subject area and individuals are constantly being utilized for reasons apart from their academic qualifications. Therefore, are academic institutions preparing us for that big bad world? An answer we could receive from considering what's happening around us. I personally feel that 'intelligence' is measured within the wrong way. After all, academic qualifications are purely depending on gaining a title which sticks with wherever we go but the brain are continuously picking up information, ideas, where ever you look..from people we meet and have interaction with. In addition, countries and then there isn't any formal institution to teach does not imply the folks that society are uneducated but perhaps more educated because they have to gain skills without the type of guidance from 'so-called' professional bodies which, after all, aren't always probably the most brightest.
